I was about to recommend Braid, Limbo or Terraria but it seems you decided to exclude those :frowning2:
Super Meat Boy (I bought it for $3 but I'm unsure of its current price)
    Team fortress 2 (Free!)
VVVVVV (Great game, great music )
Magicka (I believe this game is exactly $10, but the DLC costs extra, great game none the less)

I usually just wait for steam sales to buy games that would otherwise be more expensive, but I bought Bastion for $15 and it did not disappoint... Great Music, Great Story, Great over all. But that doesn't fill your quota ;O

They are only excluded because I already own them. And I would get Super Meat Boy but it's out of my price range :frowning2:

I would wait for something good on sale but I have till the end of the month because thats when my card thingy mcbobin expires.

Can't you just put the money into your Steam Wallet and then be able to use it from there instead of from the card?

Also I hear Braid, Limbo and Terraria are pretty good.

Oh will you look at that. That works perfectly well! Now just need to wait for Super Meat Boy to go on sale

Super Meat Boy will melt your face with its difficulty. But it is fun.. as long you dot get angry too easily.

Portal is available on Steam for only $9.99.

Probably one of the most well designed puzzle games I've played in a long time (aside from Portal 2). If you've never played it or heard of it, it is a first person shooter style puzzle game. It really isn't a shooter, in that you don't shoot bad guys with guns. The story is great, wonderful dialog with a lot of witty humour. When you finish it, you'll be itching to play the sequel (which is not under 10 bucks, but is a much larger/longer game).

The Binding of Issac is pretty fun if you like the dungeon crawling type game and I believe it's $10. The floors are randomized each time and there are lots of items to collect. Only down side is if you die you got to go back to the beggining.

By far the coolest, most artistic, thought provoking, emotional, best value of a game with the best music and art style would have to be Br...

    Oh... never mind....
