What exactly are you using this PC for? You may not need 8gb to be honest. ASRock boards can be dinky sometimes. I would go for Asus, MSI, or Gigabyte personally. And also, do you plan on doing any extreme overclocking past 3.8 or so? If not, ditch the Cooler Master heatsink and just use the default one that comes with the i5. Also, switch out the Caviar Black for a Samsung Spinpoint F3 and save some money. Also, you would probably be alright with a 500 or 600 watt PSU. That will save you some money as well. And do you honestly need an SSD? They're really not worth the money at this point in time. I'd say to trim the fat of your cost with the things I've suggested and use the saved money for a better board and/or better monitor. Pretty good job otherwise. I'm running a 2500k and it's amazing.
Well I was just going to get a new iMac i5 but apparently I need to rethink what I know about computers.
As stated before by djt820, I would recommend going with Asus or Gigabyte. Make sure your PSU is true power and from a reputable brand (i.e OCZ, Cooler Master, Corsair) if you decide on another one. Read plenty of reviews and hit the forums to see what people say about their experiences with the brands and models.
