IT'S FINALLY BEING ANNOUNCED!

The trailer is coming in a week's time, I can't wait

What city do you guys think it'll be set in?

I'm hoping for more big open areas and a huge map like San Andreas. In fact, San Andreas would be sweet. But it'll probably be Vice City, unless they go a new route, like a city not in America.

I also hope it goes back to it's roots of whacky missions and somewhat corny-ness... as most apparent in Vice City and San Andreas (all the movie references xD). GTA IV was too serious and too separate almost =/

If they have the balls to set it in San Andreas again, that will be interesting. San Andreas was the best game in the franchise and it'll be a mother fucker to top it.

I'm looking forward to this. What I would really like is a re-imaged version of Vice City (best GTA game ever in pretty much every aspect for me) and a good balance between the fun gameplay of the GTA III era games and humour with the realism of GTA IV.

i'm going to admit that i was very disappointed when i found out that they were only going to do los santos and not the other cities that were in san andreas but hey.. one out of three cities as long as they make the game very interesting isn't bad at all.

Well, it's more than just Los Santos. It looks like we'll get other surrounding parts. I'm personally fine with that, as they've stated this is their "biggest" ambition to date.
