Really suck at this kind of thing.

    I have a windows 7

Do not give me how to get to RAM, or how to do a defrag/disk clean up, that's not what I want but that's all I'm getting when I google it.

With Win7, all you need to do is go to "My computer". It should show up with your connected drives. Depending on how old your computer may be, it should come up with one icon with "Local Disk C:/" as the title. Look at that icon, and it should tell you how much free space you have under the blue bar.

*shrug* Don't think that. Some people don't know some stuff. How long have you had windows 7?

Ok. So you're not retarded (I really hate it when people refer to themselves as such). You just never needed to know how a particular aspect of the OS worked.
