A new Pokémon game has been announced. It's a crossover between Pokémon and Nobunaga's Ambition. The game is set within the Ranse Region and is going to be release in Japan in spring 2012. Well I don't know what Nobunga's Ambition is... but the gameplay looks somewhat similar to Final Fantasy tactics or Ogre Battle. Nintendo needs to make either a Pokemon MMO or a real console pokemon game. Like, not another awful stadium style game. A console game where you can actually walk around and catch pokemon. The series has so much potential that they don't take advantage of.
How cool is it that I actually understood what they said? Actually looks pretty awesome! What’s spoken in the first minute -The region of Ranse- Commanders in touch with Pokémon When you control 17 castles, The legend of Ranse will return! The battle with Commanders and Pokémon begins!
Interesting concept but as of right now, I'm really over Pokemon. In the series, Ash never even gets older and at the point of where he is right now, you would think that Pikachu can beat almost any other pokemon if you think about the leveling up scale.
I share the same sentiments as you about the anime. I know nothing about Nobunaga's Ambition, but at least it's not the sixth generation of Pokemon. I'm just a bit tired of new Pokemon creations with rather unique appearances and type pairings. I am curious to see how the upper screen on the DS will be utilized, as the video kinda only focused on the touch screen portion.
Two new games have to announced. They are the sequels to Pokémon Black & White. Pokmon Black 2 & Pokmon White 2 There's a pic of Kyurem's new forms:
