    So the other day I finally bought my iPod Touch, and I would have to say it is awesome.
    I am loving it to bits.

    I especially love the wi-fi and web browser on the touch, along with the youtube viewer. Like, I am writing this on my Touch over wi-fi.

    And I was also lucky enough to get a Touch with the 1.1.1 version of the firmware, so I have also jailbroken my Touch for 3rd party apps, and that makes it three times better.

    My main concern with the touch was with the keyboard, but the keyboard is just fantastic. Ive had it for less than 24 hours and i am absolutly loving it, although i do think that Safari's landscape keyboard needs to be ported to other apps, because it does make it a whole lot better

    But the only gripe i have with it is when looking through your songs, and you might just be holding it the wrong way and it will swap over to coverflow when you dont want it to.
    I think the should be a feature to 'lock' the current display in that mode so it dosnt change if you rotate it.

    All in all, its an awesome product and although it is a bit pricy, it is worth every dollar.

    i love my ipod touch sometimes, but its a pain in the ass to use while driving because there are no physical buttons to feel around for to scan through songs and so you actually have to look at it to change a song which =dangerous

    Thats why i love my iPhone because with the headphones you have a pressure sensitive microphone smaller than a thumbnail which you simply press once to pause the song and press twice to change it to the next song =]

    I really want one, but I have a Creative Zen Vision M, and all the reviews I've read say that the sound quality of the iPods (including new touch and nanos) still isn't as good as the Zens.

    I'll need to get down to Myer and plug my headphones into one of their demo Touches. =)

    Yeah, I heard that alot, but if you change the apple original headphones to Sony or Panasonic, and if you don't try to lose your hearing(Or I could say if you don't turn up the volume like a $#&%ing idiot), the sound quality isn't that bad...IMO:slight_smile:

    Why would you use Sony headphones? :confused: Sony is the most crappest brand on ANYTHING.

    Sennheiser is the king. (I got Sennheiser with my iRiver)

    5OVHNFCRB;RHIRUVGNUOWG YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT TOMMY.
    Sony owns in the audio division! Sony's walkmans have been PROVEN to have the best auto quality available and their head/earphones work fantastically! I've got a pair of squishy earphones and they block out noise so wonderfully. I don't even need to go to 40% volume in public places or on the bus! Wheras with my old iPod and earbuds I needed to go to max to just get a little bit of noise. X_x;

    After having both a Video iPod and a Sony Ericsson W850 I could easily tell which one I'd keep as my permanent player. And ironically enough The Sony Ericsson is a mobile phone yet it beats the hell out of the iPod. :confused:;

    ^_^ And what's even better - EXPANDABLE MEMORY!
    I gots myself an 8GB memory stick for my SE and it's awesome.

    So yeah.. What my rant is trying to say is don't generalize Sony. They're so large that you can't say EVERYTHING they produce sucks. Sure the PSP and PS3 does, but their TVs are pretty decent.

    Yeah.. And their mobile phones are possibly the best on the market. >_>; 400 hour battery life anyone?

    Erections have a bad reputation for battery life. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    And I was comparing Sennheniser to Sony, not iPod brand earphones. >_>

    Yes, PSP and PS3 sucks, at least we can agree on that! :grin:

    :confused:; I thought Sennheiser's only good sound thingies were the big bulky headphones.

    And if you can think hard enough erections can go down quickly. :3

    Sennheiser is definitely the best for sound quality. I don't like big, bulky headphones so I've got their inner-ear earphones (I think they're called CX300 or something), and absolutely nothing compares.
