So, hopefully everyone here is using Firefox, so I just wanted to know what peoples favorite Firefox extension is.

So, what is your favorite Firefox extension?

Mine would have to be by far StumbleUpon, then seconded by FoxyTunes. I use both of these EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I could not live without AdBlock Plus... it is crucial!

I use FoxyTunes to control itunes. It can control pretty much any music player from ff

    MouseGestures!
It's very nice for going forward and back (right click and drag mouse left or right). I kind of forgot the other commands.

    Spell Check.

It sucks compared to the Microsoft Word Spell Check but hell... it is damn good for me.

sdc91, I used MouseGestures for a while, then I slowly stoped using them. I find it much easier to navigate and what not using keyboard shortcuts.

Also, one of the best things I love about ff, is the middle click. Middle clicking on a link will open it up in a new tab. Middle clicking on a tab will close it. Middle clicking on the back, Home or stumbleupon will open them up in a new tab.

    Agreed.

I also use FlashBlock which stops flash animations etc from playing until you click on them.

Agreed again. Once it has learnt the words you use regularly which are spelt correctly it's good, especially with my typing (as anyone who has seen all my typos in the chatroom will know).

That's not an extension, that's a feature.

Hmm, I think my favorite would be Download Statusbar.

Flashblock, you say? I think I'll go look into that one...

Yes, but you have to install the dictionary (through the extensions system) to make it work. Well you do on Windows - on Linux it uses an existing dictionary of there is one.

Download statusbar, foxytunes and Gmail notifier are my favourites. I've still yet to install adblock yet, though.
