    Hi.

    Does anyone own an HTC Sensation? if so... a couple of weeks ago i finally got the stupid ICS update... and I HATE it, it makes my phone lag sooo much and some apps don't work. :tears:

    Does anyone know if I can go back to gingerbread? or at least how to make my phone run smoother with ICS...

    I have one, but I don't know how to go back to gingerbread. I'm sure there are some options detailed online, though. You can try going to settings and developer tools to disable/turn off some of the animations. Try restarting your phone or freeing some memory (especially for your SMS--mine lags when I accumulate ~2000 messages)?
