So i'm just looking for a drawing a tablet. I really dont want to go more than 120$. One tablet I saw that really liked called "Bamboo Capture" and it comes with Adobe Elements and like sketchbook (or something along those lines). It's only $99 and got really good reviews so. But I just want some second opinions and if anyone else has better suggestions? Also it'd be to know some drawing programs that would be nice to have. I know theres Illustrator and Photoshop but those are kinda spendy.

Bamboo for that price is probably the best. I use another Wacom product, Intuos 4, and I have never had any issues with it. Their Bamboo should be good too.
