I'd get a Wii (borrowed a friends for ages), except for the severe lack of decent games...only games worth getting (apart from Wii Sports) is Metroid 3, Mario Galaxy and Zelda...

Where are the good third-party games? And the "innovation" apart from "wave your controller to do something that would normally take one button press"? Games seem to be identical on Wii as on other consoles, except for tacked-on motion controls.

I wouldn't call it a revolution at all. Not until one developer actually tries thinking outside the box and makes something worth using a motion-sensitive controller to play.

Well there are actually many hidden stages, hidden moed and features, and of course the final smashes of the characters. Plus there supposedly cheats. Like :***: lol JK

Except it actually has a story now. There's a good bit more to spoil than characters.

Anyway, I've had one since June and I still love it. I seem to be in the minority in that I bought one because I wanted it, not only for SSBB and not as a gift to be used only for Wii Sports. I play games regularly, from Ocarina to Mercury Meltdown. Certainly worth the affordable cost.

and nintendo has some really cool games planned for this year. not all games force the wiimote controls for stupid tasks

I has Wii. It's collecting dust. Almost a full 1 inch!

Not really. I don't like the games I have for it, so I'm only keeping it for Brawl. Yay Brawl!

And Shiek's in it! Yay! (WTFPWNZORZ)
