It depends. If you have the physical PSP game, which uses a format known as the UMD, then no. The Vita does not have any way to support these. If you have bought the PSP game digitally on the Playstation Network, either back when you had the PSP, or now with a Vita, then yes, the Vita can play digital PSP games.
