    Is it a new phone? Do you have a specific BB data plan? Have you paid your bill / do you have credit?

    Yes, I have credit and and all that, at the moment it's a Pay As You Go deal, the guy specifically told me I wouldn't need a data plan for sending attachments. I can send them fine, receiving is the problem...?

    You still need to be on a BB specific tariff I think. If it's not that I'm not sure. You have room in the memory / memory card right?

    It's probably worth posting on a BB specific forum - I don't think I'm allowed to name any, but Google will help. Try the one starting with C. :wink:

    Thanks man, I'll check out the BB Forums, I'm gonna head into the shop tomorrow and ask in there too.

    Cheers!

    What network are you with? You'll probably get more joy by phoning them - the guys in the shop just sell the things, and they've likely all got Iphones... lol

    Step 1 : Find the tallest building in town
    Step 2 : Open the window/step out onto the balcony/climb onto the roof (whichever is applicable)
    Step 3 : Laugh maniacally
    Step 4 : Throw the phone as hard as you can into the air and watch as it sails to its unfortunately-not-soon-enough doom
    Step 5 : Go to your carrier's nearest store location and buy literally anything else but a Blackberry

    :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

    To be honest I've used BBs for years (use a Torch 9810 these days for personal use, and some kind Curve for work), and the only problem I have is the lack of support for the App Store. I'm considering an iPhone next time round...

    There is the BlackBerry App World. I remember using that on my old Bold.

    There is, but it is very poorly supported by developers, who pour their resources int the other platforms.
