Photo editing site for cchanging photo's dpi

    Does anybody know any photo-editing sited where I can change a picture's dpi or pixel? I cant download Photoshop because my work computer does not allow me to save it. Please? It's urgent.

    I can't think of one off the top of my head, but that's also because I've always just used Photoshop (or some equivalent). I've never needed to look for one.

    Could you just download Photoshop (or GIMP, or Paint.NET, or something) to a USB drive and use it from there?
