Just like the title says. If you're an owner of the 3DS, do you have any games that you'd recommend? From what I can see in the stores it seems like there's a limited amount of 3DS games in stock.

Thanks for any input in advance.

My favorites so far have been the following:

    -Kid Icarus: Uprising
    -Fire Emblem: Awakening
-Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan

Animal Crossing: New Leaf will be out next month and Pokémon X and Y will be released in the Fall.

While Zelda and Kid have been mentioned, I'll skip those, and go to others:
    - Any of the Mario games: Kart; Super Mario 3D Land; Sticker Star; etc.
    - Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
    - Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate

Along with Zelda and K.I., those would be my top picks, at least at the moment.

If you don't want a life beyond your 3ds, then I suggest Fire Emblem Awakening.

Warning! This game has the potential to hook its players into non-stop hours of gameplay and CAN be dangerous. DO NOT purchase this game if you have classes that require extra attention, exams to study for, moral obligations to others, or a small bladder.

    Player discretion is advised...

Luigis mansion(since i love it and i believe its a genius game)
Super mario sticker adventure(reminds alot paper mario for N64)
And the new pokemon games X/Y but im not sure they're out in america :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

  8. The only games I currently have for 3DS are Ocarina of Time and I have Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, and both are great games. I also just purchased Cave Story last night, and it's a pretty cool game. They have an older version as well as a newer updated one, but I had gotten the older one since the other one was not available in the eShop. It's a nice game if you enjoy any Mega Man game, because it's very similar to it.

dead or alive dimensions, is great contains all the story lines of that past four games and a new one, pretty hard once you get too survival mode tho,
Pac-Man & Galaga Dimensions is really good too, and i always love a retro game, i also have tetris 3d, no real improvement on tetris party live on ds, but tetris is my favorite game.
don't get super monkey ball 3d unless you like the wii version, if your like me and thought the gamecube ones were fantastic and hate the wii version(too easy), then avoid at all costs. i bought it, it was as bad as project 8

Resident Evil Revelations, Metal Gear Solid 3D Snake Eater, and Tales of the Abyss 3DS. Though if you do get Metal Gear I highly suggest you get the 2nd analog stick attachment; otherwise the game is borderline unplayable.

    My Top 3DS Games:
    5. The Legend of Zelda: OoT
    4. Super Mario 3D Land
    3. Kid Icarus: Uprising
    2. Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward
    1. Fire Emblem: Awakening

The only reason why I have OoT so low is because it's a remake, a very good remake, but it's still a remake.

Top 5 Most Anticapted 3DS Games:
    5. Animal Crossing: New Leaf (Jun. 9)
    4. Project x Zone (Jun. 25)
    3. Shin Megami Tensei IV (July 16)
    2. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past 2 (Q4 2013)
    1. Pokemon X and Y (Oct. 2013)

I only listed games that has release dates or tentative release dates.

I recommend Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
That is if you have played the previous games and are really interested in the plot. It gets confusing but the game is really nice.

That was the only addition I had to this thread but..

Resident Evil Revelations, and Fire Emblem Awakening.

Haven't played those but I want to check them out.

And, you should too! Although, there are more important things. *wink* *wink*
