Hey, my name is Thomas, I'm 28 and I've been out for about 10 years. Coming out for me was a smooth process, my family and most of my friends were extremely supportive, but I never made any real gay friends I could talk about my "gay problems". That's the main reason why I decided to join this place. I feel like the older I get the more I need to be part of a community and share my experiences with other people who are perhaps going through the same.
