Hi Everyone, I stumbled upon this site due to NCOD (National Coming Out Day) I'll be honest - I had never heard of NCOD and so I went online to get more information. Bingo... I find this site. NCOD... old news - This site is what I was missing in my life, and boy did I need it. The support I see that everyone has here is amazing. I can't turn back time - but I can become a part of this. A bit about me? I'm a happy fellow that loves to see the opportunity in everything. Even the darkest moments can teach you the most wonderful things. I have a fascination with nature. I am amazed at all the little things that generally most people do not see or take for granted. I also take great pleasure in pointing them out and making people smile. I feel there is so much in this world that is dark and horrible that sometimes we forget to look for the beauty. Nothing phases me at all. Nothing at all. You might think... nah it's not possible - but I can assure you that it doesn't. (There are reasons, but they are not for an introduction) I come from New Zealand but am not living there at the moment. I do dream to return one day but at present life is taking me on another road. In the meantime. I look forward to meeting people here and making some new friends. Take care... and until we speak :smilewave SC
Welcome to EC, SilentCreatures! You have indeed come to the right place, and we always love to hear how people can appreciate beauty and beautiful things, despite darker elements...for some reason this is strongly associated with being gay... I think we need the darkness in order to appreciate beauty, just as good cannot exist without evil. So pull up a (figurative) chair and tell us what you find so fascinating about life, and we in turn can share our place in this grand adventure called coming out!
Welcome to EC!! Although, a squirrel is a squirrel unless it's a melanistic squirrel, then it's a cool squirrel.. Spoiler
