Welcome to EC! (!) It really only depends on what the guy you're talking about looks for in somebody. But there really isn't much you can do though. :/ Either he does or he doesn't. He might later on, but the only thing you can do is show some minor signs that you're flirting, but not too much. He may or may not pick up on it. This would be just a start. Ask a trusted friend to ask this guy you like if he has a crush on anybody. If he says he likes you, still ask him if he likes you so he doesn't get suspicious. If he doesn't like you, sorry. :/
Hellooooo! Instant way to get someone to like you: "I play the guitar." You could ask him out and see what happens although that's damn hard to do.
