Hey, I'm new to the forum. I decided to join because lately I've found myself really wanting to interact with more people that are like me. Where I live, there's not really a gay community. At least it doesn't feel that way to me. So I figured I'd join an online community. I'm out of the closet to everyone, including family. Video games are one of my biggest hobbies. I also love some tv shows and some music. I'm a pretty upbeat and happy person. Some have described me as comical, others have said that I'm sweet. I just try to be friendly. But that's a little bit about me, so hi
I love RPGs, but I also really like adventure and platforming games. I like puzzle games too, like Tetris, and I have a high appreciation for retro games. Some of my favorite games are Grand Theft Auto, Sly Cooper, Mortal Kombat, Elder Scrolls, Super Mario and Legend of Zelda.
I love the games you listed (though I haven't played Sly Cooper) and I couldn't live without retro! What's your fave Zelda game in the series?
That's a tough question, but I'll have to go with cliché. Ocarina of Time. It was the Zelda game I grew up with, plus it's one of the best in the series, if you ask me. It's definitely followed closely by Wind Waker and Link's Awakening though. What's your favorite Zelda game? And if you like platformers, I highly recommend Sly Cooper.
I would have to agree with you again. I came to the zelda series much later in my life and was amazed by Ocarina but wind waker was my first and even thinking of the music makes me smile .I recently was finally able to get into majoras mask too at first I didn't like the time thing. Tbh I love them all! I love platformers thanks for the recommendation I will check it out
Hi everybody! Thanks for welcoming me. And no problem. Conveniently enough, now you can just get the Sly Collection to play the first three games. It's a fantastic deal.
Hello. I was googling and I came across this forum. Thought it'd be a cool place. My name is Annie. I like reading, writing, watching tv/movies, and listening to music.
Gaymerdude, I agree with you so much as another fellow Floridian. There aren't that many people like you and I in Florida. But, although I've only been here about a week, I can tell you, the people here are amazing. So, after that long explanation, :welcome: to EC! :smilewave
