:smilewave Hi! I'm new here and I'm your standard not-sure-what-I-am-so-now-I'm-here-looking-for-help type person. I know I've got to figure that out for myself, but it's hard and it wouldn't hurt to have some friends along the way. So far, I know I'm not straight, but I'm not sure if I'm gay or bisexual or something else, and I don't have many people to talk to about it. I'm shy, but I'd love it if people talked to me. I like crafts and sci-fi, I have a bookshelf full of Tolkien books, and I could probably live off of pasta and mozzarella sticks. I study engineering and I'm trying to learn to play violin (it's slow going, but I can play Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star like a champ).

I'm a hobbit because I'm short and I grew up reading Tolkien stories with my brother. I would gladly eat six meals a day and live in a hole in the ground with a brightly-painted round door.

I've considered it, but my current goal in life is to live in a treehouse because then I could have ziplines. I'm thinking some sort of Swiss Family Robinson/Ewok Village/Lothlorien hybrid (but simplified a bit). Of course, I'll need to acquire some money first...

I like Merry and Pippin the best. I don't think Merry gets enough credit. He's actually really clever and he's the one who figures things out and makes plans initially. But then there's Pippin, and he's just all-around fun.
Hi .... I just joined as well .... Also confused as to exactly what I am ... Gay /straight / bi ... I'm guessing I'm bi ... I seem to like some men and some women ... But really insure as to whether or not I could be in a relationship with a man ... I guess in time I'll have to try it to really know .... Nice to see people on here with similar issues though ....
