Hi Ccan and welcome to EC I've always wanted to go to Manitoba actually (Winnipeg and Brandon to be exact), my friend has family there . How's the weather this time of the year? I'm also new to this community but I hope you find what you're looking for
Thank you everyone! Winnipeg is a pretty nice city, lots of historic and interesting buildings. The weather right now is awful , it is so cold that school was cancelled last Thursday and today. I think there has to be a wind chill of -45C (-50F) for that to happen!So if you ever come come in the summer, they are very warm!
Hey Ccan204, Bienvenue to EC! I know how cold it gets in Winnipeg, I have actually stood at Portage and Main in that kind of weather...and not for long! Hope you have your long-johns and a balaclava!
