That is what someone should say when meeting someone they respect and hold highly, right? If so, then I say it to all of you, for I already have a great respect for you all simply for being in such a strong and loving community. I'm Vincent, or I now go by Vincent. I was born female but someday wish to change my gender and live as a real male, just as I feel I should. It's a bit odd for me still to say I'm transgender, mainly because it's a bit new to me. For the longest time I portrayed a female that was simply pansexual---open to anything and everything. I always knew I wanted to be male, but up until now I've been stuffing it deep inside my being and denying it. I didn't really know about "trans" issues and society until recently what with all the news. And so I've hardly scratched the surface of realizing my full potential. I'm really glad I found this place, and I'm happy to get to know you all. I look forward to exploring myself as well as this community, and in the future I plan to make myself known locally as an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. Sorry for rambling on ^__^;; I'm just really glad I can be true to myself. So thank you. And again, it's nice to meet you all.
Heh ^__^;; well, thank you! I do consider myself a lover of words. I hope I can give the air of someone with an extensive knowledge of the English language. I hope to write for a living one day, so it's nice to hear a compliment like that. And also, thank you for the welcome! It's a pleasure to be here.
