Hopefully the title got your attention, ah and I have nothing against french people really. They're beautiful people with a beautiful language. It just popped into my mind.

So let's cut the crap, I'm Max, I live in the land of the long white cloud - New Zealand for the clueless and confused. And no, I don't wear grass skirts and no my house ain't a hut and no there are no bridges connecting us to the aussies.

I was born in Asia, but really I've been living in this country (New Zealand) for 10 years. I'm a full grown kiwi and I suppose I'm mostly 'white'. A banana of sorts. Yellow on the outside, white on the inside. Yes.

I'm gay, I have a lovely boyfriend who I love oh so very much. If you're wondering why my name's uncertain, I'm quite unsure of the answer as well.

I'm fully out at a Christian school, but I have a general love for people and I've made people overlook the fact I'm gay.

My hobbies include my hair, clothes, trying to look fabulous, mirrors, making people laugh, being odd and such. I engage in the sports of badminton, soccer, and debating. Ah yes, debating is a sport. A blood sport even! I also absolutely love singing, and I'm in the school drama club and musical production. I also love partying. I love my friends. I'm a alcoholic, a caffeine addict and a narcissistic perfectionist.

Oh and when I talk I go on and on.

I've been lurking here for a few days but too busy with commitments to sign up. This place seems pretty damn fine and looking forward to chatting and meeting people.

Oh France, you must really have done something bad in your past life Louise. That place must be a concentration of human misery and hell ... a bit like a microwaved hot pocket. Oh if that's not hell I don't know what is.

And point made sexyalex, I suppose mirrors aren't a hobby. Maybe I meant staring at them. Or breaking them. Actually I collect them in my spare time and name them one by one. Meet Bob and Empress Veronica.

I guess I know what you mean by conceited. The way I talk sometimes is really sarcastic and dead-pan I suppose. I admit I'm really weird! You're not wrong I also admit I have a slight ego. But I think it makes me more confident and opinionated. I'm looking forward to chatting with you. I wonder what those four things are. =)

And debating is a sport. I'd say it's also borderlining a cult. Thou shall always consider debating is a sport of champions. Ah, imagine if it was in the Beijing Olympics. It'd be great.

And thanks Tom! I'd say I like the fruit more than the bird, since the fruit is edible (debatable). As for the people, I think we're an alright group of people. A bit too passionate about our rugby that's it. I do like our accent though. Except no one else in the world gets it. I like the British accent too as well. Me and my friends try to imitate it all the time. No offence though, people here in NZ think the British accent is a bit 'gay'. Haha, once two of my straight friends were pretending to be gay on the bus, speaking in lisp and a British accent and everyone gave them the evils. They're drama freaks, so I guess they're allowed.

On a side note: Buses are weird, don't you think it is a microcosm of our world and symbolises the atomisation of indivudals in a coexisting but uninteractive society?
