Hi everyone, I just recently came out as gay to my family and plan on coming out to my close friends soon too. I guess I joined this site to communicate with people going through the same stuff as I am. There aren't any out people in my community that I can talk to so I made an account here. I also like the relative anonymity of the website because I'm a boyscout and even though I can't be kicked out because of that now, I'll still face a lot of discrimination from them. So on that note, I'm happy to be here and hello!
