Hello, everyone. I'm Helixa~!

If you're wondering, my username is based off of a double helix, like the shape of DNA.

A helix is basically the shape of something like a wire that has been twisted around in circles, or like a spiral staircase. (SPIRAL STAIRCASES ARE REALLY COOL, I'M JUST SAYING.) A double helix is, well, really just two of those intertwined together in one.

I consider the double helix to be special, since it's not just one ordinary thing all by itself. I didn't want to be just "Helix", since a helix would be too simple. "Double Helix" just didn't sound right to me as a name, though. So, I added an "a" for "awesome". Now, I'm "Helixa". I'm special, a little bit more unique than just a regular helix, and it also works since I believe that someday I'll find someone who could also be a helix to me, so that we can be a double helix together.

*insert gagging at the random attempt at a romantic comment here*

So, anyway... On a more serious note. My actual introduction. I'm not going to make it super catchy or anything like that, since an introduction should actually introduce you to what a person is like instead of just what they like.

I'm a 16 year old girl in the US. I'm into anime, sci-fi, etc... If you want to know anything about what I like, such as favorites or specific series or other things, just ask. I'm fine with random questions.

And. Now. This. :

Because of what this site's main theme is, I feel like I should say something about it in my intro post, the first post that I have here.

I am a female. Born that way, and I'm perfectly fine with calling myself that. However, if you were to call me a male, I would accept it and go along with it just as much as I would female. I consider myself to be a female though, so please don't be confused.

I don't really believe that gender should matter that much, to be honest. Just because someone is one gender or another doesn't mean that they have to be a certain way.

I am not completely sure as to which gender I'm attracted to. Personally, I am more attracted to other females. However, I'm not against being with a male. For me, it's more about the personality and how they act.

The small problem with this though, is that I go to a Christian Academy. Certain people there can be a bit touchy about the subject... >-< There have been so many arguments that randomly start during Bible class about being gay.

Yesh. I'm a Whovian. You caught me while I'm half-asleep though, so I can't think of anything witty. Also, it's hard to think of what sounds the DW theme makes. I was just going to type a bunch of sounds that were like it. XD

Sorry about not being online to answer. I'm sooooo late, but it's not my fault. I had a busy week of school tests and projects, and then for almost all of this month, we've had really bad weather meaning that the internet was down for a while, too. -_-
