I was looking for advice on coming out and found this website. I hope everybody on here is very friendly. Some of my problems are that I told my sisters that I'm gay, but they didn't really do anything I thought they would talk me through it. Another one is that I have a crush on one of my friends at school. We hang out all the time and talk, I try to get as close to him as possible and try to get to know him better. Hi there! I'm a newbie too, but so far everyone seems beyond nice. Welcome to EC. :welcome: As for the telling your sisters thing, I think I get where you're coming from. I ended up babbling everything to my sister recently, and she just... stared for a bit. Then she patted me on the shoulder and said I should talk to people. I'd been hoping she'd help me through figuring myself out, too. On the upside, the people here are fantastic, and there's thousands of forums to post or lurk on, if you feel too nervous about posting. The first post's the scariest. *hugs*
