Hi I'm Kingston, but I prefer Krista, I'm a 14 year old transgender girl I haven't changed socially yet due to a lack of money so...hey
Hello Krista! Welcome to the site! You sound be able to find tons of support on here. You said you haven't changed socially due to financial constraints - if you're referring to just material factors (clothes, accessories, etc) you might be able to find some really decent stuff at thrift and consignment shops. You can go to ships that specially are tailored to teens, like Plato's Closet, or there are more general shops, too. I just picked up a pair of 7 for all mankind jeans for less than $5 at my local place and it's one of those places you'd compare to a goodwill shop. For cosmetics, you can sign up for some samples and various things like that but you're best off buying a couple of items at a time as your funds allow. Samples tend to be fairly generic but you can get some decent perfume and lotion samples this way (one of my favorite perfumes is a sample I received at Icing when buying a pair of earrings for one of my daughters). Good luck and, again, welcome to the site!
