Hi, I'm new here. I've been straight for a while, though never having been with a girl. I've stared having these gay feelings and stumbled across this website while looking for things to help me determine my sexuality. My parents act like gay people are evil and sinful so I'm a bit scared. I'm just worried I might be gay.:help: Please help.

Hey man!! Well im new here too but I just want you to know no matter what happens there is nothing wrong with you and hopefully you find out who you are here and there is no need to worry about being gay. Worrying about it would make it all worse just go with what feels right mate and if you ever need support or just someone to talk too then message or contact me when ever you need too. Please just don't feel less of a person or that you are doing something wrong because your not less than anyone, you are you and you are an amazing person (everyone is)
Welcome from a fellow new guy! It's nice to be able to label yourself sometimes just in the sense of being able to associate yourself with a group or explain feelings simply but honestly, sometimes I wonder if it matters? Maybe you are gay or curious or w/e but I'm not so sure it's 100% one or the other for most people so why not just be you and explore what feels right (or wrong )

My advice about your situation would be not to be scared about the feelings you are having, but, to embrace them and accept them as real feelings you are having. I am really sorry to hear that your family isn't accepting of the gay community. There is no need to worry. If you are gay, just be yourself. Don't let anyone tell you or pressure you into being someone you are not.
