hey its been really hard for me lately none of my close friends are talking to me and i know there busy but i miss them. it would be nice if they just text me hey hows it going but i get nothing. ive been depressed 4-5 years now and its just now getting bad. everytime i meet a new friend they stop talking to me. i just want some friends who i can talk to and will be there for me.

As Sig said, there are many-a-persons here to befriend, and even if you don't find you connect with specific forum users, you can still read and post on the rest of the forums to get to know everyone. It's a very friendly place. An important thing to remember about friends who you want to continue to grow close with is that you need to put forth just as much effort and initiate growth just as much as they do. If you sit back and say, "I'm just gonna see how long this person will talk to me," you're doing it wrong. Why would they want to keep talking to you if you're not putting any effort/reciprocation forward? I don't know how you are in your friendships, but I feel like the above is something that a lot of people do, so I always try to bear it in mind. See you around the forums.
