    Gallivanting is some an awesome word, you don't even know. I need to use it more.

    And yes, gallivanting is such a good word, but it is such an obscure word that it can seldom be used in everyday conversation. It's codswallop if you ask me, I would much prefer to see more people using it. However I would be dumbfounded if every Tom, Dick and Harry used it...

    I personally like skedaddle and squabble. They sound so odd, but they hold a lot of punch and it's pretty cool when you use it on someone and they pull a face and claim that "no one uses that word anymore".
