Hello! I'm Jin. I'm 15 and still figuring out what my gender is, but for now I prefer female pronouns. I'm bisexual and out a bit, half of my immediate family and my closest friends know my sexuality, but no one knows that I'm questioning my gender. I show/train dogs (family business) and ride horses. I love reading, writing, and music. I think that's pretty much it about me! I'd like to make some friends here, so maybe introduce yourself in the comments?
Welcome to EC! I'm Marie. It's awesome to see another trainer on here! I used to do agility training, but sadly don't have the time to dedicate to it anymore. What do you show/train?
Hi Marie! I show and train conformation mostly, but I also do obedience, rally, and am hoping to do agility as soon as I get a dog who can! I (and my family) work with all breeds, but my personal favorite are Border Collies. Did you train/show a certain breed?
BCs can do awesome in agility! I worked with Shelties, mostly, and Paps. People always seemed surprised by the papillons, I suppose because of their size, but they're great to work with!
Hello HM03! Hi Queen! Thank you both for the welcome, and Queen, for the invitation. I know, I can't wait to be able to work with one! I have before, but the owners only wanted to do conformation or obedience. Hopefully I'm getting my own BC at some point, and then we will definitely be seen in the agility ring! Papillions are so sweet! Well, mostly. I haven't worked with many. That's really cool that you do agility with them, I've seen some toy breeds in dog sports, but not many. I'd think that they could do really well in it because of their small size!
