Hi my name is august I'm A 13 year old boy and I live in Texas with my mom. She is a homophobe she has brought my life to derpressoin and a endless point because she never does anything and cause she hates gays that is why I'm on here to get help and answers :help:

If possible when the topic comes up you could ask her what the issue is then you can work from there.
Hang in there. I grew up with a disconnected, depressed and dysfunctional mother. There is a very bright light out there that you can follow. It may feel like forever, but in retrospect it is nothing. Follow your interests, apply yourself to them, and the next thing you know is that you're on your own and the world is your oyster.
Sorry to hear about your mom. I haven't come out to my parents yet, but I intend on doing it soon, and I won't even care if my parents are homophobes. Good luck and message me if you feel like it.
