I have gone stealth, the only people who know that I am biologically male are my employers, my fiancé and my health care providers as I live in an extremely right-wing area of the country. I work as a social worker on the psych ward of the local children's hospital.

If you are open for this, you might think about bringing more love into your life... feeling yourself loved, forgiving others... accepting and enjoying... sometimes a pet is a wonderful way to give and receive love... and possibly doing a few things that bring joy... There are people who have written books about self acceptance and love, in connection with hiv... it may not be necessary to read the books, but you might think about working additionally on these themes, possibly with the help of a therapist, if you want... there are quite a few people stating it helped them... sending you much love and hugs (*hug*)(*hug*)(*hug*)
