Hi everyone! I'm not sure how to start this off lol. I was looking for GLBT support groups in my area, and this website came up in the search, so here I am. I'm an old/er lesbian woman dealing with bipolar disorder and a non-supportive family, who unfortunately at this point I'm staying with temporarily. I think the only support I have, comes from the canine persuasion, my chihuahua, Petey. My hope for sharing in this forum is to not only gain support, but also BE a support to others who may be going through similar experiences. I don't want to go through my whole sordid story right now, but perhaps over time I can piece it together, so that you all can know me better. Thanks for reading this.
