Hello, I Guess

Here is my obligatory 'hello', from what I suppose is still the northern quarter of the UK. I chose the name Esky because I'm a fan of Eskarina Smith, from the Discworld novel Equal Rites, though Wikipedia tells me that it's also a brand of Australian coolers. Which is a happy coincidence.
I'm fourteen, Male, and almost certainly gay (the first person I know of in my year group to come out, which gives me bragging rights). The answer to 'the question' tends to be 'yes' for friends, 'perhaps' to those I don't know well and either 'what's it to you?' or 'why is this relevant?' to complete strangers rude enough to ask out of nowhere *grumblegrumblegrumble*. I'm a fan of fantasy, from the silliness of the previously mentioned Discworld to the much more serious A Song of Ice and Fire ( Sansa Stark for Queen in the North, anyone?). I like classical music, but think 'Lord of the Rings meets hip-hop' rather than Bach or Beethoven. I'm in the top sets for most of my subjects, but regularly walk into door frames and forget where I've put things. I like to read, draw and write - I doubt 'playing video games' would look good on a CV, so I'll leave that one out. I like the Internet as it lets me be a bit cocky, though the downside of this is that I get incredibly worried at the sight of 'ADMIN has sent you a PM' or 'ADMIN has replied to your thread', even if I know(hope) that I've done nothing wrong.
So yeah. Hello. I'm not entirely sure why I've made a profile on a coming out forum when I'm mostly already out, but hey, why not I guess. The last one I joined didn't end particularly well, though hope springs eternal :icon_bigg
