Hi everyone from an ancient newbie

    I wanted to stop by and say "hi" since I just registered and became "official."

    Yes I'm ancient (especially for this group) as I celebrated my 60th birthday in March! I have known I was gay since I was about 13, and out of fear, have lived in a VERY dark and deep closet all this time. I am just now coming out into the daylight....very very slowly.

    I love life and love people so I hope you will stop by and leave a note so that we can get to know each other.

    Hi, and welcome. You're actually in more company than you realize. There are a number of people here in their 60s and beyond, and quite a few in their late 40s and 50s. And overall, I think you'll find it a very accepting and welcoming place.
