Hello. I am a male college student, and currently in the closet. Sophomore year I dated a girl I tried really hard to like. But in the end it resulted in heartbreak for her, so I vowed to never try that again. This is when I truly accepted I wasn't into girls. There was a small episode with another guy in high school my senior year, that 4 or 5 friends know about. But even then, I passed it off as simple confusion and ripped that chapter out of my life. No one knows I'm technically gay, and I've kept that private part of my life nicely concealed. But eventually, albeit happily being a private person, I felt I had to do something somewhere, so here I am. I know that everyone on this site is warm and welcoming, so I'm very glad here is where I decided to open up a little bit. Thanks, The new kid
