hi you all. i just found this website and thought i had to join. i'm a teenager from a teeny-tiny state with very little diversity and i go to a private religious school with absolutely no openly LGBTQ people and no support for those who might be. under those circumstances, no one knows i'm pansexual-questioning except my very best friend, who's LGBTQ and goes to a liberal college in a bigger state far away. actually, my nearby-best-friend-since-birth knows too, although her opinion was that "it's just probably a phase", and "i shouldn't say that i might be gay if i haven't known for years that I am". which is not particularly true, because i have known for years, i just haven't wanted to tell her. because i expected she would say what she did. anyway, i'm just lookin to meet a few people in the last 6 months of high school who are more like me. this seems to be a wonderfully welcoming community (&&&)

So someone thinks that it is only a phase? All I have to say to that is Through my personal experience, there is no such thing as a "phase". You might think that it is a phase, however what I've seen is that people who go through a phase then try to deny it sometimes, but always find themselves going back to it as their way of living.
