Hi, I don't know where to begin. In all honesty I have been here before, but I had some problems irl and Proceeded to cut off everything from here. That was some mistake. I don't do well with trying to open myself up to people because I expect friends right away, and that is something that can become disappointing very fast. I don't know how to interact with people in any way at all and I'm afraid to approach anything for fear what others think. I see it as a problem, but some people say it's a part of who I am and should try to embrace it in a positive light. This post is probably getting lengthy for a welcome post. I don't think I'll leave this site again anytime soon.
Hey welcome I have the same problem, but I think a simple greeting and a short introduction into a common interest is easily the best conversation starter. You can tell a lot from what someone writes. A profile is even more obvious. What do you have to lose on here?
Hi Welcome to a place where you can be yourself. Before I came to terms with who I am I was super shy, think Woody Allen without being funny. So I think not knowing how to interact with people might be part of the territory. Now that I'm comfortable with being me I'm a lot more outgoing. (one colleague keeled over laughing when I told her I was once very shy) You are amongst kindred spirits.
