My name is Jerrilynn, or just Jerri to my friends. I'm 57 and live in N.E. Florida. The beach is my therapy. LOL I was born and raised in a small town in Alabama so, at heart, I'm just a redneck country girl and proud of it.:icon_bigg. I've always self identified as bi until about a week ago when I finally came to grips and accepted that I am a lesbian. I have never felt such peace and comfort as I have with that realization. I came out to my son and his wife last night and it went way better then I had ever dreamed it would. I raised him as a single mom so I guess I did an ok job when it comes to acceptance of people as they are. I still have to tell my husband, but since we've only been together 10 months, it not like we have a lot of history. I hope to find a lot of new friends here, gain support and advice in my new journey and be of help to others however I can.
