    Hiya everyone,

I hit a point in life where carrying my closet seemed as unnecessary as it was a burden. After restarting therapy and coming across some Brene Brown videos I realized that it blocked my understanding of my own self worth. While I don't know how out I want to be, I know that shame and the inner critic have no place in my life. I fight them both where I see them (or really hear them in my head) and hope to figure out what "out" means to me.

I'm looking for people to talk to about the transition from in to out so I can understand, figure out my path and perhaps help others do likewise.

Here are some links to some great ted talks that helped me reframe from shame to self-definition.
