Ok. So I thought this would be a good first place to start... So, hello. I never know what to say on welcome threads! Lol.... Let's see, I'm 35, female, lesbian, married (for 3 years, together for 4.5). My wife and I are expecting a baby in May...it's exciting and pretty overwhelming! We were both raised Mormon, so sometimes life with friends and family can get pretty awkward. I don't usually use message boards, as i find them to be overwhelming and hard to keep up with.... Some stuff going on with my family and a close friend of mine has brought me here though, in need of being able to talk frankly about issues and not worry about all the people on social media seeing it... If you get my drift. Anyway, I think that's a sufficiently long intro post! :icon_bigg

I'm so sorry that life with friends and family can get difficult, but believe me, you are among wonderful people here who are with you all the way - and that includes me.
