Trying to find myself in Brooklyn

    I had no idea that this community existed till today. I hope that I will finally be able to figure some things out. The people around me don't know about my orientation, heck I didn't know myself that I'm into anything other than women till a few years after I married my lovely wife. I'm afraid that the people around me will be judgemental and won't understand, being that I live a full religious life.

    I'm happy to have found this place.

    BrooklynDave....Welcome to EC! I understand what you're saying. I too am heavily involved in church. I have never been able to reconcile how I feel with the church, so I've basically just played along for over 50 years. This last Dec. I found EC and it has helped me so much...I know it will help you too. There are many, many people here who will answer questions and do their best to help you!.....David
