Hey all, I'm new to the site and this whole scene, amongst plenty of other things. Just thought I'd introduce myself to get the ball rolling, lol. I'm 29, female, living in NYC in the U.S. and I've never joined a forum or anything remotely similar to it before. I'm also a bit embarrassed to admit that I haven't really come out yet. Funny thing is, I've told my sister and my mom but my mom thinks it's all a big joke. Soooo it's all about repressed feelings for me, lol. Hello! Yeah, there's nothing wrong with being where you are right now. Just take your time, as there is no rush to come bursting out of the closet with streams and confetti flying around you. I haven't fully come out to my parents, but I have done so to friends, so I understand how you feel.
