I don't know how to navigate on this sight. Never been on any sight. I am older 50+ so dont know how to get around. How to post--where to find support?:

If you want to post on a thread then you just scroll down to the bottom of the thread, type in the text box, and hit post quick reply. You might like the subforum LGBT later in Life. So you can get support by posting/making threads there or other sub forums
