Well, I guess this is my saying-hi thread! I am the most awkward at intros, but here goes nothing. Hi! You can call me Socket (it's more or less the name I go by out here on the internet - someone nicknamed me once and it stuck). I'm 22, from England, and I'd describe myself as Hella Gay, or a lesbian, although ""technically speaking"" I guess I'd be described as pansexual. But I have sentimental attachments to the word lesbian and I refuse to let it go, haha! My gender identity is entirely up the wall at the moment (I say, as if it hasn't been up the wall since I was 15). I flit around the labels of agender, genderfluid, genderqueer and nonbinary. It's hard to pin it down, so I'm trying to stop trying! They/she pronouns are chill (in that order of preference). I won't exactly object to male pronouns but I've kind of gone off them recently. I found this forum because I was sort of missing the community aspect of being on an LGBT+ forum back when I was in my teens, and figured why not try and get back into being active on somewhere like this! Hopefully I'll see you guys around, assuming I don't get an attack of the shy and end up lurking forever, haha.
