Hello community, im new to this blog, and i dont know how to use it quite well. But i was wondering if you could help me out... for the last months ive been very confused about my sexual interest. Im a 21 years old male, all my life i liked girls, and fantasize about them, i looked at straight porn ive had a girlfriend etc etc so you could say i considered myself straight... until a few months ago. Im a virgen, ive never been with a girl nor a guy, ive tried to have sex with girls but the 4 times ive tried it i couldnt get "it" up... 3 out of 4 of those times ive been under the influence of drugs (molly, weed, alchol) so that made me feel very anxious and insecure about trying it again... the past years from that experience made me feel very unconfortable with women in general to the point i couldnt even talk to them...but now this last months i notice that im also starting to check out guys, and i find gay porn atractive. im ready to define my sexuality (kind of) but since i havent had sex with either gender i dont know what im into and im afraid to try it out with a boy or a girls becuase i feel that i wouldnt get the job done.. i wish someone could help me or give me advice on what to do.... im feeling a little depressed becuase i cant label my sexuality, i dont know if im gay straight or bi... and i need help. sory for the bad english im mexican Saludos!
Hi, welcome to EmptyClosets! Don't worry about your English, it was totally fine! It's better than most native-English speakers, haha. Don't worry too much about finding the perfect label. It's okay to not know for sure! But if you do find comfort in labels, it's totally normal to identify as "queer" until you find a word to define your orientation. I would recommend that you experiment with different genders. Try going out with men, women, and others, too. That way you can define your romantic orientation (your romantic orientation is who you are romantically attracted to). Then, you could try to "test out" what genders feel good to you sexually. This can tell you what genders you are sexually attracted to (your sexual orientation). I hope I could help!
