Hello everyone! I've grown up in a rather conservative area. No one ever educated me about LGBTQA+ stuff, the only exposure I got of it growing up was my father mocking it. Last year, I learned a lot about it on Tumblr, and realized that I was gay. I've had some denial and other issues with my sexuality, but I know I can't change it. My mother is accepting, but the rest of my family isn't, so I'm not out to anyone IRL. I'm completely out on the Internet, though. I'm still in high school at a small town, so I don't have any LGBT classmates who are out, and it gets a little lonely. I haven't actually spoken to a gay person before, so I thought joining some forums would be good. I'm a little lost in my life right now and I really needed some guidance. Anyways, I also came to meet other LGBTQA+ people and make new friends. I'm a huge nerd, but I mostly love animation and video games. My favorite show is Steven Universe, but I also like Game of Thrones, Once Upon a Time, We Bare Bears, Slice of Life and Romance animes, Orange is the New Black, and Gravity Falls. As for movies, I'm a huge fan of Disney (especially the Princess movies), but I also like most other animation, some horror movies, and cheesy, horrible movies (depending on my mood). For video games, I like almost everything that's from Nintendo, especially Pokemon, also The Sims and League of Legends. I don't play games alone too often, but I love to play them with friends. I also love musical theater. I aspire to be a writer or storyboard artist, but I've procrastinated actually writing and drawing anything so far. This website seems so nice, and I'm excited to meet you all!
Welcome to EC Rosequartz~ People here are nice, I hope you find what you're looking for here! A lot of us are nerds as well, myself included. I understand how it feels to grow up in a conservative area. My school is very liberal but my parents aren't supportive of the LGBT community. Just remember. This is who you are, and if they think they can stop you then they need to think again. (Lol that was pretty bad. I love that song though) I like Nintendo as well, Fire Emblem awakening is my favorite game~ Um, anyway, nice to meet you!

Like, it's also really nice to meet LGBTAQIA+ people online, since I don't know anybody in my area that is either, heh. >.< (Also - oh wow, the shows that you like. They're all so good omggg.
