Hey everyone, I'm not the type to use forums, but I stumbled across this site and it seemed like I should give it a try. You see, I'm having trouble expressing myself. I don't want to talk about my problems, but ignoring them doesn't help either. I feel kind of stuck. I can admit I'm bisexual to myself, but no one else. This is becoming a problem the longer I keep it it in, and I've started to just bottle up everything. That was happening before I was worrying about what my sexuality was, but it seems to be getting worse. Sorry if it seems like I'm whining. So, when I started looking throughout this site I decided it would be worth giving it a try. The people here seem nice, I've been needing somewhere to talk about this kind of thing. I want to be more open and comfortable with myself in general. So, I think a nice online community would be a great place to start. So, hello everyone. IN NO WAY AT ALL DO YOU SOUND WHINY. We are a community that welcomes you and we hope we can help you on your journey of finding yourself and expressing it to the world (when ready) my advice for your problems with keeping your thought to yourself is to force yourself to start telling nonliving things for example a stuffed animal then a mirror and at some point you can work your way up to things like your dog, cat or even a goldfish till you feel comfortable with yourself! Trust me this really helps me I have (and sometimes still do) feel exactly like this! Also something that has helped me a ton is meditation to clear your mind ( look up guided ones that last from 3-45minutes) on YouTube especially before if you are having trouble sleeping over this! It always helps me clear my mind! AND MY FINAL RECOMMENDATION ISSSSS this website it has really helped me to realize I am not alown so many others have the exact feelings I do!
