Hi everyone! I just joined Empty Closets a few moments ago. I'm a 44 year-old married dad who is just coming out. Looking around on the site I see that I'm a bit older than a lot of folks here. But I'm glad to see that young people are more honest about their sexuality than I was 20+ years ago. Anyway, I feel joyful that I finally accepted I'm gay - even though I waited this long!! Hi there and welcome to EC from another guy that figured out later in life that he was gay. I too was married and had two small children when I simply couldn't deny any longer that I was gay. Life got worse before it got better, but it's WAY better now than it ever had been! Congrats for having the courage to face this challenge.
