Hi EC! I am new to EC and the forum. 55YO "deeply-closeted" married genderfluid Bi-Male. I recently came out to my therapist. Have not yet come out to wife, family, or friends. Stuggling whether to remain closeted or break out? Being open with my therapist is huge! Need to hear others' experiences; positive & negative.
Greetings! It was brave of you to come out to your therapist. It may take time to come out to your family and that's okay. I really hope you enjoy your time here. (*hug*)
Welcome to EC and well done on coming out to your therapist. As you've just joined and you are married, I would recommend this part of the forum: LGBT Later in Life - Empty Closets - A safe online community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender people coming out If you look back through some of the threads you will find some useful comments and advice that may help you on your journey. Do post a thread of your own, if you have specific questions and we will try to help.
Hi glad you're here, we're all here to figure out life. Hopefully our expedients will help you and your experiences will help us. Welcome (*hug*)
